Public Goods Sesame Ramen (Pack of 5)

$10.95

WHY WE LOVE IT!

We love that this ramen has 15 grams of protein per pack! This is awesome for busy families because when you are short on time, you can throw together a quick simple meal or filling snack at about $2 each. This has been our go- to meal for our entire family before swim classes (we add about 1-2 tsp of creamy peanut butter to each pack and to add an extra layer of unami and more protein!) and I love that no one complains they are starving after swim. If you are looking for more tasty protein snacks (not carbs only), please check out our Mezcla Mexican Hot Chocolate Bars. We have yet tried the perfectly chewy delicious noodles with cut up blanched broccoli, boy choy, tofu, meat or eggs (stay tuned for a blog post on it), but can tell you it is ridiculously good with the Momofuku Chili Crunch! If you want an aromatic floral zing, add a small splash of the Momofuku Tribute Pepper Oil (a must have if you if you love Sichuan food!).

ABOUT PUBLIC GOODS SESAME RAMEN

Your favorite snack just got a lot healthier with our all natural ramen noodles with sesame paste.

Featuring broad, flat noodles in a deliciously rich and savory sauce, it has all the traditional taste and quality of the classic dish without the fat, MSG and harsh chemical preservatives.

Our sesame paste ramen is made with simple, whole ingredients that were grown on a farm and not in a lab. Ready in minutes, these brothless, tasty noodles are high in protein and make a quick and convenient lunch, easy side dish or late night meal.

What’s in it: our noodles contain only wheat flour, salt and water, and our sauce is made from soy sauce, sesame paste, white sesame oil and citric acid.

ABOUT PUBLIC GOODS

We are always going to buy stuff for our homes.

But by creating the most sustainable version of the things people need the most, we can have a net positive impact on the planet. Today, that means sugarcane bottles and tree-free paper. It means sourcing organic ingredients and avoiding toxic chemicals. It means donating excess products. It means carbon offsetting both through reforestation and carbon-neutral shipping.

But we’re just getting started. Every day brings a new chance for us to be even better to our planet.

Our products are made from wholesome ingredients that are always clearly labeled. They’re free of parabens, sulfates, toxic chemicals, and unnecessary additives — pure and simple. We offer organic, non-GMO groceries, with plenty of vegan and gluten-free options.
