Remember the times when you tried to make a healthier version of fries and cut up your own potatoes to bake? Well, if I had to describe how this potato chip taste, I would say it taste like a freshly baked, but crunchy baked potato. My kids say they taste like the French Fry chips at Trader Joe’s (and they are pretty spot on). There’s no softness in the center, like the oven baked fry you all know and love, but the flavor is there ( it actually taste like potatoes—every had a chip taste like salt and no potato flavor?)! The extremely perfectly balanced umami and the first potato chip I had, that isn’t too salty!! Plus, no oil on your fingers when you’re eating them, with less crumbs (they are thicker and crunchier, but no hard)This potato chip is like no other. My entire family is obsessed!

THAAS CHIPS: it's YOUR chips!
This is the story of 2 brothers, David and Manu, who produce potatoes on plots located in the Marne in the village of THAAS (do not pronounce "cup" but "ta"!).
Intrigued by what their potatoes could become, they decide one day to produce their own chips in order to offer a local and tasty product.
From producer to consumer
THAAS CHIPS has no intermediary, and manages the production of chips, from potato foot growth to chip package packaging. Everything is under control: growth, harvesting, processing and distribution. Notably, the carbon footprint for the transport of raw material is therefore zero!

LOW TEMPERATURE COOKING
Cooking THAAS CHIPS potatoes is cooking at low temperatures.
- This cooking method respects the food and limits the overcooking of fat.
Therefore, THAAS chips have a sharp decrease in the risk of acrylamide.
- The organoleptic aspects of the potato are better preserved.
THAAS chips have a better taste!
- Finally, THAAS chips are much less fat than commercial chips.
A THAAS chip contains about half less salt than an industrial chip, because we do not have to hide the good taste of our potatoes.
