Refund policy

Returns and Exchange

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their items.

To request a return or exchange, please email us at sales@mamasgotheart.com.  Refunds require proof of purchase and returned item(s) must be in new and unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.

If your return request is accepted, you will be provided a return shipping label. Cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds can be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at sales@mamasgotheart.com if the item has been damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will do our best to make it right!
