Creamy, melt-in-your-mouth flower shaped maple candies made from 100% pure maple syrup. Some folks call it maple sugar candy, some call it maple syrup candy - either way our maple candy is the best natural treat you can eat! Pure Maple Candy is perfect for gifting and remembering a sweet childhood memory.
Use in Easter Baskets, Christmas stockings, ice cream toppers, ham glazes, grating on salads, oatmeal, cereal and even coffee.
There are so many uses for this natural sweetener that is made with our Golden Delicate sweet syrup. Nothing is added to this traditional New England favorite. We are able to turn it into a candy consistency because we cook it to a very specific degree in temperature and then churn it in a machine. From there we fill rubber candy molds and let our candy dry on a rack until ready for packaging. We are certified Kosher, NON-GMO and Gluten Free.

About Ben's Sugar Shack
From the beginning, Ben’s Sugar Shack, located in Temple, NH, has striven to bring their customers and retail partners a line of 100% pure maple products that truly stand out from the crowd. When did this commitment start you ask? Owner, Ben Fisk’s passion for making maple syrup started when he was 5 years old while visiting a maple sugar house on a field trip in preschool. It was from that point on that he knew he was going to make syrup. After coming home from school he immediately told his Dad all about his experience and ideas. The very next day he and his father got started and created their own homemade evaporator and hung only 13 sap buckets. Although that first year only produced less than a gallon of syrup, within ten years, at age 16, Ben won the Maple Producers Carlisle Trophy for the best syrup in New Hampshire. Now, Ben’s Sugar Shack has grown to include two sugar houses, a wide variety of pure maple products, and a customer focused staff.
