WOW! Zero waste laundry detergent sheets are a game changer at our home! No more lifting heavy containers of detergent or messy pouring and measuring. No more worrying about whether the ingredients in your detergent is safe or will seep into your clothing, bedsheets and skin. Practical to travel with! This one is also the most price efficient one we found. Though we are big fans of unscented products, I do sometimes miss the days of smelling “freshly washed” smelling laundry from mom, so we were excited to find Symbiotic Products, one of the few companies that offer scented versions of laundry sheets. The Fresh Linen smells like well, “fresh linen,” and we love it!

We take this journey with a focus on small and medium businesses (the heart of our country) which are often more willing to try new, eco-friendly products. Especially if it means they can contribute in some way to the mission to slow climate change for the good of their children, grand children, and the whole world really.
Part of our mission is also to lower cost and hesitancy of sustainable products through volume and exposure.
Symbiotic Products is dedicated to providing high quality sustainable products with minimal/sustainable packaging, industry standard margins, and peace of mind to symbiotic products retailers, and end consumers.
Symbiotic Products LLC is a family-owned and operated small business outside of Seattle Washington. We seek to bring more sustainable product options to consumers here in the United States.
When we discovered concentrated laundry detergent sheets, we knew right away that these were a great way to eliminate a lot of plastic from our daily lives.
After an exhaustive search in the states for a manufacturer, we came up empty. Not finding anyone in the states that could make them for us, we moved on and found a sustainably focused company where we weren’t expecting it. This ethically run and independently owned, small business (under ten employees) is located in China…and they make them for us with the natural ingredients that we desire.
We ship them bulk via boat which is substantially more sustainable than by plane.
We warehouse them in Washington state, where we also do all the packaging and shipping using recycled and reused packaging material sourced here in the United States.
Packaging:
All the packaging and design are done in Washington state and all of the packaging materials are sourced here in the states. We found boxes that are made from 100% recycled material and 100% reusable (or recyclable) after use.
We are very pound to be early adaptors of Algae Ink! Most ink contains petroleum; not algae ink! Our retail packaging is 100% plastic-free!
