Why We Love It
My kids added this to their regular routine, just like having a teaspoon of Manuka every morning for immune boost and energy.
We don’t use it daily, but we do use it the night before a test, if we want to maximize quality of sleep if we went to bed later than expected, I would rub about 1 tsp some under their feet , legs or arms.
When the kids get muscle soreness from dance, jujitsu or walking, I put some on the aching spot to help smooth and reduce pain or discomfort.
I myself have used it for the same reasons, but also for my headaches (it takes about 15 minutes for the headache to go away, but has worked in several occasions now). I also drink my Hydrant (also on MGH) as well, to help with hydration.
