WHY WE LOVE IT
This sweet and spicy unami sauce reminds us almost a sweet and spicy plum sauce! Use it as a sauce for nearly everything from dumplings, spicy noodles, asian chicken wings, ribs, eggs, pork tenderloin and more!
This would also be a great accompaniment to a cheese plate too and go well with brie and other fruits like apple slices, mango, pineapple and berries.
Our favorite way to eat it is to combine it with the Fly by Jing Sichuan Chili Crisp— soo sooo good! No preservatives makes it a big plus too!!
Also try making a shortcut Jian Bing (Chinese Crepe):
Pan fry a toritilla (or scallion pancake if you have) with a whisked egg, spread a layer of Zhong Sauce , add scallions and cilantro to mimic Jian Bing (which typically uses a sweet black bean spread ). Yum!
