Why We Love It
Simple, but not simple. These soy sauce scallion noodles are similar to the Public Good Sesame Noodles, but without the sesame paste. I would say I do taste the sesame oil, but it’s not too overpowering- just right. My kids enjoy this one- they say it taste the same as the sauce I put on top of a block of soft silken tofu I often make at home to go with Chinese Plain Congee. TIP- If you want to save the noodles for another day, pour this sauce over a half a block of silken tofu, you will be in smitten! Also, add Momofuku Chili Crunch on Top if you’re craving spicy and it’s a restaurant quality dish! Also prite in packed for a more filling meal than your typical grocery store ramen (11% or 22% of your daily).
