At BOMBOM we are constantly on the hunt for the best Korea has to offer. After moving to London, our founder realised there was a gap in the European market for elevated, authentic Korean ingredients. We are launching our marketplace with the ultimate Korean staple, gochujang. We worked with a Korean master fermenter to develop our gochujang paste and then added our own special spices and seasonings to produce a gochujang sauce that is ready to use straight from the jar. We will expand our offering further with additional sauces, rice, seaweed, oils, etc. Our market will be a curation of trusted Korean goods for today’s palette.
