If you love bright citrusy flavors, you will love this! We like to eat this on toasted sourdough. I’ve also used this to marinade Filipino chicken wings (use with the Momofuku Soy Sauce and a drizzle of our Kosterina garlic EVOO). The texture is runnier than other marmalades, like a loose jelly. Would make a great natural flavor add on to fresh frosting or pancakes.
