Full fresh flavor, clean list of ingredients with zero preservatives! We tested this out on boneless chicken thighs and the flavor was so delicious! Habif sampled many supermarket offerings of jerk marinade; they were all missing something- but this one is so fresh and lacks in nothing. It is the perfect jerk marinate. My kids do like spicy things, but this one is pretty spicy with the scotch bonnet peppers. However, happy to report they devoured this with bbq sauce!
This makes for a really quick weeknight meal- I only marinaded for 15 minutes, while I made rice and baked broccoli and it was just enough time to get the flavor in and pan fry it to perfection. I only used half a jar to marinate 8 thighs.
