Af chili chunka is a tart, spicy sambal with a slight sweetness. 

This lip puckering tart sambal is best eaten with strong, robust tasting meals.

Side note: we use this sambal too when we make singaporean hainanese chicken rice at home. :)

Taste profile: sharp & fruity. With a touch of garlicky heat.

Uses: drizzle a little over braised pork/ duck/ bbq meats/ heavy stews/ fried calamari (almost anything deep fried) / fried noodles/ fried rice/ keropok/cheesy nachos/ baked parmesan eggplants etc.
