We have been make this weekly either for breakfast, packing it in their thermos for school lunch or as an afternoon healthy quite meal. I love that it’s full of nutrients and hydrating. When I used to have more time to watch Kdramas, I used to see many of the movies tall about how in Korean Culture, moms or friends make this soup for their loved ones usually on birthdays or in postpartum care. I used to make this soup from Scratch and my kids loved it. Fast forward over 5 years and I made this instant soup for our family to try and they raved about the familiar taste (I haven’t made this for years - somehow I forgot about it) and we all loved it- it taste like the real deal! We are loading up on this soup(in addition to our Freeze dried Vegan Tsubi Miso Soups) during spring break’s vacation- it is freeze dried, lightweight, tasty and much better than ramen for a quick meal, away from home . I love adding poached egg or tofu to it to make it more filling! The soup taste amazing!
