I declined the refund because this company was so kind to let me know what was going with my order. Also, when they received the product they again contacted me to let me know how long it would take to get the back-logged order. So, I have nothing but praise for this company because after I received my order they refunded my shipping cost. I WILL CONTINUE TO ORDER FROM MAMAS GOT HEART because there actual name reflect EXACTLY who thy are.
